International Week in Belgium 15.-21.3.2009

Application time is open now for international week in Belgium! Week will be in Louvain School of Management in the city of Louvain la Neuve.

You will get to know a lot of Belgium, that is how the Belgian International Week Team is describing their week program: ”During this week, you will discover our country : Belgium, its businesscommunity and its environment. You will also experience Belgian culture and traditions, the cheerful student life and its spectacular parties. Of course, you will not go back without tasting typical Belgian food, beers and chocolates!You’ll have the opportunity to visit beautiful cities in Belgium. Brussels, our capital, is also the capital of the European Union. You will discover the European Union institutions that are settle there. Bruges is a city full of history! It is also known as the northern Venice. You’ll see a lot of other cities :Ghent, Leuven for example.”

The Educational Committee will choose two students based on written applications. Students who have not taken part before have a priority in the selection process. The other criteria are motivation, a positive attitude, interest in the culture and the country in question and enthusiasm to represent KY abroad. KY will cover 25% of your travel expenses, and housing, food and other costs are practically free. Please send your application to international(a)kyweb.fi by Wednesday 4.2. @ noon
